CC GLASSWORKER is the results of the aspirations of the Slovenian enterprises in the field of glass industry. This is an activity which has been experiencing a decrease in the last few decades. This has brought also the decrease of the interest for this profession as well as the drain of knowledge and experiences. 10 enterprises – 2 big, 4 small and 4 micro enterprises – merged into CC GLASSWORKER.
The basic objectives of the project:
- establishment of the CC GLASSWORKER
- production of a branch competence profile for the selected professions in glass industry
- evaluation of the state of development of the competences in partnership
- implementation of training programme at eight chosen areas (glass industry, tool industry, glass design, commercial knowledge, quality, management, ICT, languages)
- promotion of the professions in glass industry
- transfer of internal knowledge
- exchange of experiences and best practices
