About the project:

CC GLASSWORKER is the results of the aspirations of the Slovenian enterprises in the field of glass industry. This is an activity which has been experiencing a decrease in the last few decades. This has brought also the decrease of the interest for this profession as well as the drain of knowledge and experiences. 10 enterprises – 2 big, 4 small and 4 micro enterprises – merged into CC GLASSWORKER.

The basic objectives of the project:

establishment of the CC GLASSWORKER
production of a branch competence profile for the selected professions in glass industry
evaluation of the state of development of the competences in partnership
implementation of training programme at eight chosen areas (glass industry, tool industry, glass design, commercial knowledge, quality, management, ICT, languages)
promotion of the professions in glass industry
transfer of internal knowledge
exchange of experiences and best practices
