Slovenia directs the EU funds mainly into the activitites which will enhance social and economic development and contribute to the reduction of regional disparitites. Therefore, different projects are implemented in the field of territorial cooperation, sustainable development, emplyment rate and the development of the EU regions, rurral areas and city areas that are lagging behind.
