Operational Programme for Strengthening Regional Development Potentials SRDP represents the implementation document for drawing on the funds from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDP) which is primarily focused on strengthening development opportunities with the objective of promoting competitiveness of the entire economy and reducing development differences between the Slovenian regions.

Operational Programme of Environmental and Transport Infrastructure Development
The Operational Programme of Environmental and Transport Infrastructure Development represents the implementation document for drawing on the resources mainly from the Cohesion Fund but also from the European Fund for Regional Development. The objective of the OP is to improve the infrastructure in the Republic of Slovenia. In the framework of the operational programme Slovenia has negotiated over 1.6 billion Euros which is almost 40 percent of all the negotiated funds of Slovenia for the period 2007–2013. These funds will finance the environmental projects in waste management, collection and treatment of urban waste water, drinking water supply reducing water damages, in sustainable use of energy and renewable energy sources and transport infrastructure projects, railway infrastructure, road and maritime infrastructure and airport infrastructure.

Operational Programme for Human Resources Development
The Operational Programme for Human Resources Development represents the implementation document for drawing on the funds from the European Social Fund with 755 million Euros being available in the framework of the OP for the entire financial period. The OP is focused on strengthening human capital, job creation, promoting employability and employment, strengthening of innovativeness and consequently strengthening the competitiveness of the economy by investing in the development of adequate research and other employees, life-long learning, ensuring social inclusion and promotion of equal opportunities with special emphasis also being on enhancing the efficiency of the public sector.
