Public notification on public unveiling of the Environmental Report with appendix for protected areas (Natura 2000) and the first draft of the Operational Programme for the Implementation of the EU Cohesion Policy in the period 2014-2020
Government Office for Development and European Cohesion Policy is responsible for the coordination of drafting the Operational Programme for the Implementation of the EU Cohesion Policy in the period 2014-2020.
In accordance with the applicable legislation an Environmental Impact Assessment is being prepared for the abovementioned operational programme. In the framework of the Environmental Impact Assessment an Environmental Report with the appendix for the protected areas (Natura 2000) is being prepared. The Environmental Report presents the potential environmental impacts as a result of the implementation of the operational programme, including the mitigation measures which the entity, drafting the operational programme, should take into account in the preparation of the programme’s final version.
The public unveiling will take place between 7 March 2014 and 11 April 2014.

Public presentation of the Environmental Report with the appendix and the first draft of the Operational Programme for the Implementation of the EU Cohesion Policy in the period 2014-21020 will take place on 20 March 2014 at 1.00 p.m. at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Ljubljana (conference room of the Senate).

Government Office for Development and European Cohesion Policy will study the comments and proposals and after the public unveiling present its position regarding the comments and proposals. The positions will be published at the Websites www.eu-skladi.si and www.svrk.gov.si.
