S čezmejnim sodelovanjem so oživili travniške sadovnjake s starimi sortami jabolk. S tem so ohranili tako biotsko raznovrstnost na območju projekta kot del skupne kulturne dediščine, hkrati pa okrepiti zavest o pomenu čiste reke Kolpe kot naravnega vira in temelja za skupno življenje. Izvedene so bile tudi dejavnosti, ki so prispevale k ohranjanju narave in čiste pitne vode na čezmejnem območju.

The cross-border cooperation efforts resulted in the revival of meadow orchards with old apple varieties, which has helped preserve biodiversity in the project area as part of the common cultural heritage. A the same time, the project activities targeted raising awareness of the importance of Kolpa River as a natural source and a source of shared life being clean. A number of activities that contributed to nature conservation and protection of drinking water in the cross-border area were also carried out.
