Samo v Steklarni Hrastnik, kjer se je v usposabljanje vključilo 456 ljudi, se je uspešnost proizvodnje v programu namizno steklo in v Specialu povečala za pet odstotkov. Hrastniški steklarji zdaj precej hitreje menjajo orodja, tehničnih zastojev je manj, za polovico so zmanjšali nadurno delo, znižali stroške popravil orodja za 67 odstotkov, bolniško odsotnost pa z osem na 5,6 odstotka. Velik poudarek je bil na usposabljanju notranjih mentorjev, ki so z notranjim prenosom znanja usposobili širše število zaposlenih in vzpostavili prakso notranjega prenosa znanja.

In Steklarna Hrastnik alone, where 456 workers followed a training programme, a 5 % production performance rise was recorded in the tableware line and in the Special line. Additionally, Hrastnik glassblowers now change their work tools much more frequently, technical failures are less often recorded, overtime work has been cut in half, costs of tool repair have decreased by 67 %, and sick leave has fallen from 8 % to 5.6 %. The company has also placed great attention to developing a learning culture by training in-house mentors and coaches who share their knowledge and experience with co-workers, and has put in place a system of in-house knowledge transfer.
