V okviru projekta so uredili degradirano in neurejeno območje ob reki Savi v Tomačevem in povezali športne in rekreacijske centre ob Savi v MOL. Projekt je obsegal ureditev konjeniških ograd in maneže, piknik prostorov, otroškega igrišča, male živalske farme, vzorčne konjeniške poti ter kolesarsko - peš pot. Območje je bogatejši še za plezalno steno, trim naprave, igrišče za disk golf in konjeniški poligon in tako namenjeno rekreaciji, druženju in izobraževanju.

Sava Recreational and Educational Centre project sought to rehabilitate and restore the once degraded and unmaintained area along the Sava River in Tomačevo, and link the sports and recreational centres along the river in the Urban Municipality of Ljubljana. As a result, the project supported building of several horse arenas and a manège, and setting up of picnic spots, children’s playground, a small animal farm, sample horse trails and shared use routes for cyclists and pedestrians. Additionally, the area is richer for a climbing wall, outdoor exercise stations, a disc golf course and a horse riding trail, so that the visitors can enjoy in recreation, education activities or simply hang out in unspoilt natural environment.
