Namen projekta je bil dvig zaposljivosti ciljne skupine na področju kulture. V njegovem okviru so izvedli številne aktivnosti, usmerjene v ohranjanje kulturne identitete pripadnikov narodnih skupnosti narodov nekdanje SFRJ in povečevanje njihove socialne vključenosti v slovensko družbo. Skozi celotno projektno obdobje so izvedli tudi 12 izobraževalnih dogodkov, namenjenih predstavitvi dobrih praks, kulturne raznolikosti ter teoretskih in praktičnih nasvetov za kakovostnejše delovanje društev, posameznic in posameznikov.

The project sought to increase employment rates of the target group in the field of culture. To this end, the project encompassed a number of activities targeting preservation of cultural identity of members of former Yugoslavia ethnic groups and enhancing their integration into society. As many as 12 education-oriented events featuring good practice cases, and dissemination of cultural diversity and theory- and practice-based approaches to step up the quality of societies’ or individuals’ engagement were carried out.
