Ljubljana, 14 November 2019 - Government Office for Development and European Cohesion Policy, the Managing Authority for EU Structural Funds and the Cohesion Fund, has issued a grant decision for the project Renovation of flats of the Public Housing Fund of the Urban Municipality Koper in the Koper old town centre. The project worth over EUR 376,000 will receive a little under EUR 239,000 of European Regional Development Fund support under the Integrated Territorial Investment (ITI) mechanism.
The Public Housing Fund of the Urban Municipality Koper will renovate part of the public housing stock with the aim of revitalising the old town centre which is, socially as well as in terms of its functionality, degraded. The project, which is part of the Sustainable Urban Strategy of the Municipality of Koper, will result in the renovation of 18 units of non-profit rental housing.
