Ljubljana, 29 October 2018 – Government Office for Development and European Cohesion Policy, the Managing Authority for ERDF, ESF and Cohesion Fund, has issued a grant decision for the project ‘’Energy renovation of publicly owned apartments in Urban Municipality of Celje’’. The project which is worth a total of EUR 730,000 will receive a Cohesion Fund contribution amounting to EUR 126,000.
The project will encompass deep energy renovation of two multi-apartment buildings in the municipality with the aim of carrying out deep energy renovation measures on the two buildings; this will help reduce energy consumption figures recorded by the two buildings and, in turn, reduce energy costs. Energy renovation measures will include thermal insulation of the building envelope, replacement of doors and windows, including replacement of interior and exterior window sills because of increased thickness of the building envelope, and thermal insulation of flat roof. The buildings will also have doors installed at the top of the stairs leading to the basement floor.
