Entrepreneurial approach to addressing challenges (PONI) encompasses entrepreneurial training for people trying to realise their entrepreneurial idea with the help of mentors, outside experts and entrepreneurs.
Over the course of the 4-month inclusion in the programme, participants gain key knowledge in the field of entrepreneurship, from developing a business idea to designing a business model and plan, and introduces them to all the relevant entrepreneurship fields. All the while, they are guided by mentors who provide professional support and assistance with the trainings being organised both at individual and group level. Participants also establish new contacts, develop new ideas and partnerships.
PONI programmes are implemented in other Slovenian regions as well, namely in the frame of regional agencies or other operators.
