With the help of EU funding the company Flexido developed a prototype of FLEXIDO robotic cells for modernising the production on CNC machines. Their advantage is the interchangeable station system which enables automation on different machines and for different parts; it changes the time in a very short period. The cells are very compact and take up little space, which is an important factor for customers.
The company received a subsidy under the call for proposals “Incentives for the start-up of innovative companies in 2017” granting support to ideas of entrepreneurial individuals and groups thus turning them into market-successful companies and new innovative companies with growth potential, focusing on product development and commercialisation, processes and services. Flexido d.o.o. was founded as a start-up company in 2016 and ranked 27th in the Start-up Slovenia 2017 competition. During the monitoring period the company demonstrated exceptional business results, namely an increase in the number of employees, positively created added value per employee and an increase in revenue.
