  • About the project

‘Marching Towards Labour Market’ is a tailored programme which offers free support by creating a platform for sustainable integration and a confident entry of young people in the labour market. The aim of the project is to promote career empowerment, unlock employment potentials and improve employability of the target group of young people between 15 and 29 years of age who wish to get a job and are not in an employment relationship. Part of the project was the launch of the Career Kickstarter which empowers young people by increasing their employability, and encouraging them to make a confident entry in the labour market, either by finding a stable job or becoming self-employed. This involves a comprehensive set of activities tailored to each particular individual to boost their assertiveness, support career orientation and mobilise active citizenship. The project aims to convince the employers and the general public that today’s youth represents the very foundation for the future development of our society, and that positive affirmations and feedback mobilise them and make them motivated for integration in social processes at all levels.
