  • About the project

The programme aims to provide jobs for young graduates in sports education aged up to 29 years. The work of these newly employed education staff members follows the principles of the Healthy Lifestyle Programme designed for primary schools but is upgraded to cater to the needs of pupils at secondary vocational schools and students. The programme is designed to encourage the pupils and students to spend their free time in a more active way by offering them additional free and guided physical exercise classes which aim to improve their health condition and motor skills (flexibility, endurance, coordination, balance and strength), in particular to mitigate the negative effects of sedentary lifestyle, and, in turn, to contribute to long-term improvement of their physical capacities to successfully perform the jobs they are training for. As many as 2,031 pupils and students are participating in the programme in this school year.
